| This board includes a 5V to 9/12V DC-DC converter, to support original SIDs. Some SID replacements may not need this. Also, resistor and capacitor values are given for 6581 and 8580 variants where applicable, taken from the C64 schematics. | |
| This version has been created by modifying an 1.0A board, and passes all ERC/DRC tests, but in itself is not tested (yet). |
This diagram shows an overview on the board, with the two SIDs, the mixer and the output stages.
Connectors for the SID EXTIN and Paddle (ADC) inputs are provided as well.
Note, that not all SID replacements support EXTIN, so an external mixer is included.
