PET index - pinouts

Here is a description of some pinouts of the PET connectors. Most (i.e. all so far!) are from the 8296 addendum in the petio text typed in by Olaf Seibert (Many thanks!):

I have also gotten hold of a copy of the 8296 addendum and added some scans of the original pages.
