Introduction.

Sometimes when you build something it just doesn't work.

Usually it's because you did something wrong, either you forgot to connect something or connected something where you shouldn't, you left something out or left something in you should have taken out, you misscounted rows, holes or pins or forgot that the numbers go the other way when looking at the solder side. Sometimes - most times - it's your fault.

Sometimes though it's not your fault.
