Circuit artwork brushes. By Lee Davison.

Introduction.

I've had litteraly an email asking what CAD program I use to draw my schematics.

My secret is I don't use a CAD program, I use MSPaint.

I keep an image with component symbols I've drawn and use them as brushes to draw new circuits. It's linked there, on the right, just save the target as and you'll have a copy too.

Breadboard.

I have also drawn some circuits as breadboard layouts. For those I use another image as the brushes.

Only one decade of resistors is coloured, the other decades are easily made by changing the multiplier band.

Again the full size image is linked there, on the right, just save the target as and you'll have a copy too.
